Townhall Langley

This location was special. Over 13 years prior to this renovation, we assisted the owners in renovating the very 1st Townhall location which was previously the Duke of Wellington until 2011. Renovating this would bring back many memories. This would be the 3rd renovation on this space.

This location required a meticulous approach as there were many moving parts. This space was below an operating clinic and noise would be a factor when coordinating work. This reno would get a new exterior cladding to the face, new building and pylon signage, new booth seating configuration, new bar area, wall treatments complete with audio and video upgrades. To the kitchen a new pass thru area, along with an additional prep area. Bathrooms would also be getting new wall and floor finishes with upgraded fixtures. A patio canopy and furniture package was completed as a last minute decision in the later part of completing the project. Full permitting direction was provided.
