Our Mission- Russell Brewery
Our goal on this project was to design and construct a new tasting room from an existing empty space. New Dish wash station, prep station, bar and food warming area.
Our Team
Our team provided this client with coordinating drawings with consultants, the City, Liqour, Fire and Health departments to ensure we made all the requirements at the quickest completion date possible. All the construction / decor was completed by our team from custom fabrication to assembling the furniture. A grease interceptor was necessary for the space as it offers the patrons a menu of dishes to pair with the beverage tasting. A new walk-in cooler was also added to hold the many kegs they have for the new 15 draft line system..
When you walk into the space the music and vibe creates a gem like feel in the area that it is located in Surrey. You will see the custom made stainless draft silo, which gives them customers a constant variety of the signature beers and the seasonal brews. The food station is also a great site as it has a custom metal lattice feature which lets you see the team put the food offerings together. This was a fun build and the finish project was a breath of fresh air.
