Our Mission- Oak & Thorne Pub

This project was a gem , close to my heart. Located in Walnut Grove. This was one of the areas of our childhood. This location had been vacant for a while and was previously a Swiss Chalet.. Then we moved over to the Shark Club This was my introduction into the full permitting process. Our primary tasks other than some custom metal and wood work, was to install a new european gas / fire “Forno Bravo” oven. This was the 1st time doing installing this. Also adding a new bar area with all the mechanical and electrical needs. “Trenching-Time”.

Our team was responsible for the consultant and design coordination. There wasn’t any new design to go from, other than photograph inspiration. Not a problem for us a we have worked in the hospitality industry, so efficiency was key in designing A new floorplan. We did demo & design, once this was completed cosmetic & Consulting coordination. Timeline was tight as there were additional kitchen and health upgrades needed. A new grease interceptor was required, along with adding ventilation for the dish pit area.
