Our team was responsible for the consultant and design coordination. There wasn’t any new design to go from, other than photograph inspiration. Not a problem for us a we have worked in the hospitality industry, so efficiency was key in designing A new floorplan. We did demo & design, once this was completed cosmetic & Consulting coordination. Timeline was tight as there were additional kitchen and health upgrades needed. A new grease interceptor was required, along with adding ventilation for the dish pit area.
